At Trendzbee, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

To cancel, email us at support@trendzbee.in with your order number.

If the payment was already made, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

You may request a return after delivery (as per our Return & Exchange Policy).
3. COD Orders

If a Cash on Delivery order is cancelled repeatedly, we may limit COD availability for that customer in future orders.
4. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain categories such as customized, clearance, or final sale products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
