Cancellation Policy

At Trendzbee, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

  • To cancel, email us at support@trendzbee.in with your order number.

  • If the payment was already made, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may request a return after delivery (as per our Return & Exchange Policy).

3. COD Orders

  • If a Cash on Delivery order is cancelled repeatedly, we may limit COD availability for that customer in future orders.

4. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Certain categories such as customized, clearance, or final sale products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
