At Trendzbee, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy under the terms below:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Certain products like innerwear, cosmetics, accessories, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@trendzbee.in or through our Contact Us page with your order details.

  • Our support team will confirm the request and provide instructions for pickup or return shipping.

3. Exchange Process

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color (subject to availability), please mention this while requesting a return.

  • Exchanges are processed after the returned product passes quality checks.

4. Refund Method for Returns

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed as store credit / coupon code or to the original payment method (as per your preference).

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

6. Pickup & Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to product defects or incorrect items sent, we will cover the shipping costs.

  • For returns/exchanges due to size or preference, customers may bear return shipping charges.
