Refund Policy

At Trendzbee, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase does not meet expectations, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for products returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Certain categories (innerwear, cosmetics, clearance/sale items, and accessories) are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at support@trendzbee.in with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once the product is received and passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet, etc.).

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit / coupon code or via bank transfer (details will be required).

4. Timeline

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

  • Bank/wallet/UPI processing time may vary depending on your provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the product is used, damaged, or missing parts.

  • If the return request is raised after the 7-day window.

  • Items categorized as non-returnable/non-refundable at the time of purchase.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • In such cases, we will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping charges.
